I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Derrick and his team at Phirst Physical Therapy! I had an ankle sprain and fibula fracture earlier this year that luckily didn’t require surgery, but left me with pain, less mobility, and weakness. As a gymnast who hoped to get back to the sport, this would not do! After several weeks at Phirst, I saw major improvement, and I appreciated the careful, yet creative, and personalized approaches of the staff towards my treatment. Thanks to my time at Phirst, I feel ready to get back to doing the sport I love, and I highly recommend this place, regardless of your physical therapy goals.

I started physical therapy at Phirst Physical Therapy about 7 wks ago for pain in my right shoulder and some back pain on my lower and upper spine. I feel a lot better and have no pain in my back and shoulder anymore. Thanks for the great team of people there they know what there doing and will get you back to feeling great again.
